NOTICE of PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT.

 

PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT ACT 2000 (as amended)

Part 8 of the PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS 2001(as amended)

 

Proposed provision of residential dwellings to site at Rowlestown Drive, Rowlestown, Co Dublin.

 

In accordance with Part XI of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended) and Part 8 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended), Fingal County Council hereby gives notice of the proposed works to be carried out at the above site:

 

The proposal, which accords with the Development Plan policy and zoning objectives for the site, includes the construction of six single storey semi-detached two bedrooms dwellings, off street car parking, boundary walls and all associated works.

 

Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection at http://consult.fingal.ie/en/browse or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during public opening hours at the following offices from Tuesday 15th January 2019  to Monday 11th February 2019;

Submissions or observations with respect to the proposal dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated, may be made either online through the website: http://consult.fingal.ie/en/browse  or in writing to:-

on, or before 4.30pm on Monday 25th February 2019

 

All comments, including the names of those making comments,

submitted to the Council in regard to this development will form part of the

statutory report to be presented to the monthly meeting of Fingal County

Council. Accordingly the statutory report will list the persons or bodies who made submissions or observations

with respect to the proposed development in accordance with the regulations of the Planning and

Development Acts.

The submissions will also be included in the minutes of that meeting and

consequently will appear on the Council’s Website. By making a submission the name of individual or bodies

will appear on the statutory report and minutes of the meeting.

Details including the names of those making submissions may be shared with relevant Council

Departments. Any person may, within 4 weeks from the date of the notice, apply to An Bord Pleanála for a

screening determination as to whether the development would be likely to have significant effects on the

environment.
