I have examined the proposal and I have consulted with the Road Design Section of the Council.  I conclude that the proposed development would not impact on the stability of the embankment at the side of the M1 motorway. The over-ground elements of the proposed development would not interfere with pedestrian or vehicular visibilities.  The proposed development and would not have any traffic impacts. 

Consequently, the Transportation Planning Section has no objection to the proposed development.
