Proposed Amendments to the ‘Road Traffic (Speed Limits) (County of Fingal) Bye-Laws 2020’ In accordance with Section 9 of the Road Traffic Act 2004, for the purpose of allowing the progress of design options for new protected cycle lanes maintaining consistency and along the R132 Kilhedge Lane to Quickpenny Lane and Minister’s Road, and in the interest of road safety, the Proposed Amendments to the ‘Road Traffic (Special Speed Limits) County of Fingal Bye‐Laws 2020’ have been prepared and will be available for inspection from Wednesday 7th September 2022 to Wednesday 5th October 2022 inclusive:- Fingal County Hall, Monday – Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm (4.30 pm Friday) Main Street, Swords, Co. Dublin

Fingal County Council Offices, Monday – Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm (4.30 pm Friday) Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15

Balbriggan Library, Monday 9.45 am – 5.00 pm Georges Square, Tuesday & Thursday 1.15 pm – 8.00 pm  Wednesday 9.45 am – 8.00 pm Friday & Saturday 9.45 am – 1.00 pm & 1.45pm – 5pm

The Proposed Amendments and accompanying maps will also be available to view online at www.fingal.ie and www.speedlimits.ie during the above dates. Representation in relation to the Proposed Amendments to the ‘Road Traffic (Speed Limits) (County of Fingal) Bye-Laws 2020’ may be made in writing to:
