PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF A PLAYLOT FACILITY
AT QUAY STREET PARK, BALBRIGGAN
Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given of the proposed
construction by Fingal County Council of the above facility.
Fingal County Council following extensive consultation with local representatives and community groups wishes to develop a local playlot facility at Quay Street Park, Balbriggan, County Dublin.
The proposed playlot is intended to be approximately 150M2 in area, specifically intended for younger children (under 5) with supervising adults. The proposal is compatible with current usage patterns and will add to the amenity of the town centre.
Details of the proposed facility are available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy thereof from Tuesday 1st December 2015 to 22nd January, 2016 at:
Fingal County Council Offices, County Hall, Swords, Co. Dublin, and Civic Offices, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, - Monday to Friday 9.30am – 4.30pm (open through lunch) and at Balbriggan Library, Georges Square, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin

Observations or submissions regarding these proposals are invited from members of the public and other interested parties.
All submissions or observations received during the time period will be taken into consideration before the preparation of a revised proposal. Please note that all submissions will be published to the County Council’s website and personal information such as telephone numbers or e-mail addresses are not required as part of your submission.
