NOTICE OF INTENTION TO EXTINGUISH
THE PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY
Notice is hereby given that Fingal County Council,
Notice is hereby given that Fingal County Council, in pursuance of its function under section 73 of the Roads Act 1993-2023, as local authority for the administrative area of the County of Fingal, to make an order that the public right of way, described in the schedule hereunder shall be extinguished.
Details and map will be available through the Consultation Portal at https://consult.fingal.ie. Any person may lodge an objection online through the Consultation Portal, or in writing to the Administrative Officer, Blanchardstown-Mulhuddart/Castlenock/Ongar Operational area, Fingal County Council, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, to arrive no later than 5pm 7th August 2026.
Persons making such objections or representations may make a request in writing to state their case at an oral hearing conducted by a person appointed by the local authority for that purpose.
SCHEDULE
The public right of way to be extinguished is over the walkway at Corduff, shown coloured in yellow on Drawing No. LA-4049-26.
