NOTICE OF INTENTION TO EXTINGUISH THE  PUBLIC  RIGHT OF WAY BETWEEN STATION ROAD AND NORSEMANS WALK, LUSK, CO. DUBLIN

 

Notice is hereby given that Fingal County Council in pursuance of its functions under Section 73 of the Roads Act, 1993 proposes as Local Authority for the administrative area of the County of Fingal to make an order that the public right of way from Station Road to Norsemans Walk, Lusk, Co. Dublin as outlined in red on drawing Reference Number CPL-2020-010  shall be extinguished.

 

A copy of the Drawing indicating the public right of way to be extinguished may be inspected at the following Fingal County Council Offices from Tuesday 25th  February, 2020 to Wednesday 25th March 2020.

The proposed extinguishment can also be viewed online on the Fingal County Council website or the online consultation portal http:/consult.fingal.ie

 

Objections or representations regarding the proposed extinguishment may be made in writing to Mr. Michael Carroll, Senior Executive Officer, Operations Department, Fingal County Council, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 not later than 4:30pm on Thursday 9th April 2020.  Persons making such objections or representations may at the same time make a request in writing to state their case at an Oral Hearing conducted by a person appointed by Fingal County Council for that purpose.
