Notice of Intention to Abandon a section of the Public Road at Hollywoodrath
Notice is hereby given that Fingal County Council in pursuance of its function under Section 12 of the Roads Act 1993 proposes, as local authority for the administrative area of the County of Fingal to make an order that the road described in the schedule hereunder shall be abandoned.
A copy of drawing no. ROW-2018-001a indicating the section of road to be abandoned may be inspected from 15th November 2018 to 28th December 2018 as follows:
Fingal County Council Offices, Civic Office, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.
Monday – Friday 9.30am – 4.30pm
The proposed scheme can also be viewed on-line on the Fingal County Council website: http://consult.fingal.ie
Objections or representations regarding the proposed abandonment of the Section of the road may be made in writing to Ms. Olivia McCormack, Administrative Officer, Operations Department, Fingal County Council, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 to arrive no later than 4.30pm on Friday 11th January 2019.

All comments, including the names of those making comments, submitted to the Council in regard to this Notice of Intention to Abandon a section of the Public Road at Hollywoodrath will form part of the statutory report to be presented to the monthly meeting of Fingal County Council.
Accordingly the statutory report will list the persons or bodies who made submissions or observations with respect to the proposed Temporary Road Closure in accordance with the regulations of the Road Traffic Act 1994.
The submissions will also be included in the minutes of that meeting and consequently will appear on the Council’s Website. By making a submission the name of individual or bodies will appear on the statutory report and minutes of the meeting.
