Observations or submissions regarding the Draft Strategy are invited from members of the public and other interested parties.
All submissions or observations received during the time period will be taken into consideration before the preparation of a revised Open Space Strategy for adoption later in the year. Please note that all submissions will be published to the County Council’s website and personal information such as telephone numbers or e-mail addresses are not required as part of your submission.
Submissions may be made either online or in writing (one medium only please).
Written submissions or observations should be submitted to:
Senior Executive Officer, Planning Department, Fingal County Council, County Hall, Swords, Fingal, Co. Dublin, K67X8Y2 between 9.00am on Tuesday 4th August 2015 and 4.30pm on Friday 25th September, 2015.

Public Consultation Meetings
To assist you to have YOUR say about the Draft Open Space Strategy we will also be hosting
2 No. Public Consultation evenings on the following dates and locations:-
The Draft Open Space Strategy is not a class of development listed in Annex I or II of the EIA Directive and therefore no Environmental Impact Statement is required.
The Draft Strategy has been screened for Appropriate Assessment and has been deemed as not requiring an Appropriate Assessment. Prior to the advancement/implementation of any subsequent project directly or indirectly relating to development or expanded activity which may potentially impact on a Natura 2000 site, such development will require at a minimum a Habitat Directive Assessment Screening. Development which adversely impacts on any protected habitats or species will not be advanced
