Fingal County Council in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 101 of the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended and Section 36 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994 and the 2026 Fingal County Council Parking Control Bye Laws hereby gives notice that it has prepared a Scheme for the provision of Paid Parking along Harbour Road, Howth, Co. Dublin.
The scheme provides for ticket parking machines, appropriate road signage and markings where necessary.
Plans and particulars of the Scheme as shown on Drawing Numbers: 251062-ORS-Z1-XX-DR-TR-750 to 251062-ORS-Z1-XX-DR-TR-756, are available for inspection from 15th April 2026.
