Fingal County Council has prepared a

Draft Masterplan

for lands at

Dublin Airport Central

 

The Draft Dublin Airport Central Masterplan, accompanying Draft Environmental Report and Screening Report for AA will be open to public inspection from Tuesday 2nd February to Monday 29th February 2016 at the following locations during this period:

Fingal County Council Offices: 

County Hall, Main Street, Swords, Co. Dublin

Civic Offices, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15

Mon – Thurs 9.00am – 5.00pm & Fri 9.00am to 4.30pm

Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA):

In complying with SEA Directive (2001/42/EC) and the Planning and Development (Strategic Environmental Assessment) Regulations 2004 to 2013, Fingal County Council has determined that an SEA is required for the Masterplan and a Draft Environmental Report has been prepared. 

Appropriate Assessment (AA):

Appropriate Assessment Screening pursuant to Article 6 of the EU Habitats Directive 92/43/EEC has been carried out and Fingal County Council has determined that an Appropriate Assessment is not required for the Masterplan.

Submissions or observations, with respect to the Draft Masterplan, Draft Environmental Report and the AA Screening Report, be made in writing to Fingal County Council between Tuesday 2nd February and Monday 29th February 2016 (by close of business at 5pm) or made online https://consult.fingal.ie/en/browse, (one medium only), will be taken into consideration by the Council before the finalisation of the Masterplan.

All comments, including the names and addresses of those making the comments, submitted to the Council in regard to this development will form part of a report to be presented to the monthly meeting of Fingal County Council. Accordingly they will also be included in the minutes of that meeting which will appear on the Council’s Website. Children or groups or associations representing the interests of children are also entitled to make submissions.
