Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 48 of the Planning and Development Acts 2000, as amended that Fingal County Council has prepared a Draft Development Contribution Scheme 2026-2030 for the administrative area of Fingal County Council, details as follows:

€105.16 per square meter
Residential Development
€134.67 per square meter
Public consultation on the draft scheme will take place from Wednesday 15th October 2025 until Thursday 27th November 2025 inclusive.
A copy of Draft Scheme may be inspected from Wednesday 15th October 2025 until Thursday 27th November 2025 inclusive at the following locations:
Fingal County Council Offices:
Civic Offices, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 and
County Hall, Main Street, Swords, Co. Dublin
Monday to Thursday 9.00a.m. – 5.00p.m. and Friday 9.00a.m. – 4.30p.m.
The Draft Scheme can be viewed on the Council’s public consultation portal at Fingal Consultation Portaland interested parties are encouraged to make submissions on the draft scheme via the portal.
Alternatively, written submissions may be posted to Senior Executive Officer, Planning and Strategic Infrastructure Department, Fingal County Council, County Hall, Main St., Swords, Co. Dublin, K67 X8Y2.
Only postal submissions received by 5.00p.m. on Thursday 27th November 2025 (addressed as set out above) or on-line by midnight on Thursday 27th November 2025 via the public consultation portal will be considered.
Submissions must be clearly marked Draft Development Contribution Scheme 2026-2030.
Please make your submission by onemedium only and will only be accepted in either format as outlined above. Submissions or observations received are subject to public viewing.
The details including the names of those making submissions may be shared with relevant Council Departments or their agents involved in the making of the Development Contribution Scheme and may form part of reports linked to the making of the Development Contribution Scheme.
The Chief Executive’s Report on submissions and observations received will include the names of those who made submissions or observations and will be included in the minutes of that meeting and subsequently published on the Fingal County Council website.
