Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 48 of the Planning and Development Acts 2000, asamended that Fingal County Council has prepared a Draft Development Contribution Scheme2021-2025 for the administrative area of Fingal County Council, details as follows:

Public consultation on the draft scheme will take place from Tuesday, 13th October 2020 untilWednesday, 25th November 2020, inclusive.
A copy of Draft Scheme may be inspected from Tuesday, 13th October 2020 until Wednesday, 25thNovember 2020 inclusive (excluding Bank Holiday Monday 26th October 2020), at the followinglocations:
Fingal County Council Offices:
Civic Offices, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 and
County Hall, Main Street, Swords, Co. Dublin
Monday to Thursday 9.00a.m. – 5.00p.m. and Friday 9.00a.m. – 4.30p.m.

Interested parties are encouraged to make submissions on the draft scheme.

Only postal submissions received by 5.00p.m. on Wednesday, 25th November 2020 (addressedas set out above) or on-line by midnight on Wednesday, 25th November 2020 via the publicconsultation portal or by email will be considered.
Submissions must be clearly marked Draft Development Contribution Scheme 2021-2025.Please make your submission by one medium only i.e. online or by e-mail or in writing.
Any submission or observation shall state your name, address and where relevant, the body ororganisation represented.
All submissions or observations made (from Tuesday, 13th October 2020 to Wednesday, 25th November 2020 inclusive) in respect of the Draft Development Contribution Scheme 2021-2025will be taken into consideration by the Council before the making of the Development ContributionScheme 2021-2025.
The details including the names of those making submissions may be shared with relevant CouncilDepartments or their agents involved in the making of the Development Contribution Scheme andmay form part of reports linked to the making of the Development Contribution Scheme.
The Chief Executive’s Report on submissions and observations received will include the names ofthose who made submissions or observations and will be included in the minutes of that meetingand subsequently published on the Fingal County Council website.
