Fingal County Council has prepared a Draft Framework Plan for Clonsilla, Dublin 15. This Framework Plan will guide the future development of Clonsilla to create a vibrant and distinct place that has community at its core. The Plan seeks to support and encourage economic, social and cultural development and provide an attractive, high-quality environment for existing and future residents. Public realm improvements, enhanced recreational facilities, new active travel infrastructure and improved accessibility are central to this Framework Plan. Please watch the video below.
The Draft Clonsilla Framework Plan documents are available to view at Fingal County Council offices at Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 and County Hall, Main Street, Swords, (during normal office opening hours, Monday to Thursday 9.00a.m. - 5.00p.m. and Friday 9.00a.m.- 4.30p.m.) between 15th January 2025 and the 14th February 2025 and on the County Council’s online portal:https://consult.fingal.ie/en/browse.

Fingal County Council will also hold a public information event at Blanchardstown Library, Blanchardstown Civic Centre, Blanchardstown Centre, Dublin 15 on Thursday 6th February 2025, between 4.00 p.m. – 7.00 p.m. All members of the public and other interested groups are welcome to attend this event, where they can view the content of the Draft Clonsilla Framework Plan.
